- Enter all information about your property into my personal web site (jackdaggett.com) and our corporate web site (RE/MAX.com)
- Conduct timely open houses for agents and prospective purchasers
- Advertise your property weekly in full page, color, regional newspapers
- Prepare color brochures for your property, locate them on-site in weather-protected information boxes which are serviced and filled weekly
- Arrange for a caravan tour of your property by our sales associates, whereby its features and benefits will be promoted
- Promptly present and advise you of all offers
- Fully explain the settlement process
- Prepare an accurate estimate of the cash you'll receive at settlement as well as all settlement costs
- Keep you current from the time your contract of sale is ratified until settlement
- Should you be relocating, facilitate your finding a new home anywhere in the country through our relocation referral service
- Work with you to ratify a mutually acceptable, binding, completed purchase agreement and provide you with a copy of same
- Attend the settlement and help you with any details
- With regard to investment property, prepare cash flow analysis, projections and pro forma feasibility analysis
